I made this dinner for our 28th Wedding Anniversary Dinner, July 14, 2011. A good micro waved steamed dinner.

Crème Fraâche or Sour Cream

minced fresh Chives

Sun-Dried Tomato Paste

Salad Shrimp, cooked

Directions

Micro wave the cod in a lightly steam environment.

Mix the 2 tablespoons of Crème Fraâche, or sour cream, with the chives, tomato paste, cayenne and lemon juice. Fold in the shrimp and serve as a sauce over micro waved steamed cod fillets.
